When will my order ship? 

If a product is in stock the product will say quantity in stock on the product page below the Add to Cart button. In stock orders will ship within 48 hours unless you have also ordered "Available to Order" items which then will ship when order is complete.

If you ordered multiple items in your order and are in a rush for some, please understand that we only ship orders complete. Please email us for more info.

Where are you located? Do you have a showroom where we can see products?

We are located in United States and we have 2 offices. We are a multinational company and operating world wide with 100% free shipping . All prices are in US dollars.

Items are carefully designed and packaged to withstand the rigours of travel, but sometimes damage does occur en route.

Please inspect your purchase immediately upon receipt. If there is any damage or if any product is defective, contact us immediately. 

In order to process your claim, please send us low-resolution digital photos including one photo of the box that the item shipped in, to clothienow.com  - Make sure to keep all of the original packing material! We will work with you to ensure your item(s) are repaired or replaced in a timely manner at no extra cost to you.
